Jo Slack

With more than 25 years’ experience in real estate, Jo Slack brings extensive industry knowledge across both Property Management and Sales. Beginning her career in 2001 and holding senior and management roles across three prominent real estate brands, Jo joined Aurora in September 2019 and played a key role in establishing and growing Aurora’s Property Management division.

Today, as General Manager of Aurora Property Brisbane South, Jo leads the Property Management team with a strong focus on service, performance, accountability and exceptional client outcomes. Her experience across both Property Management and Sales gives her a broad understanding of the industry and a unique perspective on building and leading high-performing teams.

Jo is passionate about developing people, strengthening systems and processes, and continually raising the standard of service delivered to clients. Known for her calm, practical and solutions-focused approach, she is particularly effective in navigating complex situations and balancing the needs of clients, tenants and the team.
