Shirley Huang is a reliable and highly organised member of the Kai Kang Team, providing essential operational and administrative support across the sales process. Working closely with Kai, she plays a key role behind the scenes, helping ensure campaigns run smoothly and every detail is managed with care.

With experience across property management and shopping centre operations, Shirley brings a strong understanding of property administration and client service to her role. She supports the sales process from start to finish - coordinating appointments, preparing contracts, and organising property maintenance, staging and photography to ensure each listing is presented at its best.

Friendly, trustworthy and dependable, Shirley is the go-to for her team, ensuring things remain organised and efficient. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton - previously competing as a National Second-Class Athlete in China - as well as piano and travelling. She has visited 27 countries and enjoys learning about different cultures along the way.
